Gleesia specializes in high-ceiling and multi-story spaces, including staircases, foyers & entryways, kitchen islands, dining rooms, living rooms, and commercial lobbies. Most fixtures support sloped ceilings up to 45°. Our standard configurations are designed for taller ceilings (12 ft+), but we also offer custom cable lengths to fit your specific space.
Yes. Almost all Gleesia pendant lights and chandeliers are fully dimmable from 10–100%. They work smoothly with most standard leading-edge and trailing-edge dimmers — no additional hub or smart system required.
Each product page includes a detailed Ceiling Height & Placement Guide table with recommended minimum ceiling heights and use cases. Please measure the vertical distance from your ceiling mounting point to the floor or table surface. If you’re unsure, email us at sales@gleesia.com with your ceiling height and room type — we’ll recommend the best configuration or suggest custom options.
Most Gleesia fixtures are hardwired installations. We provide detailed installation instructions and recommendations. For safety and compliance with local building codes, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician. Many models include hardware for sloped or vaulted ceilings.
Yes! Most products support customization for quantity of lights, hanging height, finish, and drop style. Please contact sales@gleesia.com before ordering with your space measurements. We can provide quotes and mockups for custom requests.
Free shipping is offered on most orders within the United States. International shipping is available to over 25 countries, with rates calculated at checkout. Typical production and shipping time is 7–14 business days, depending on the product and customization.
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. You can return or exchange the item if it’s not the right fit for your space. Products must be in original packaging and new condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
All Gleesia products come with a 4-year warranty. To make a claim, simply email sales@gleesia.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll handle it quickly and professionally.

Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth for regular cleaning. Crystal or glass components can usually be detached for deeper cleaning — wipe with a lightly damp cloth and allow to air-dry completely before reinstalling. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
