Return

After your purchase with Gleesia, we will allow you a 30 calendar day guarantee period since the order delivery. You can contact our customer support team via email at sales@gleesia.com to request a return. We will process it within 1-2 business days to respond if it is eligible.

1) 30-day return policy may apply to the following conditions:

  • Orders signed for within 30 calendar days
  • Accept returns for defective and non-defective products
  • Products that have not been installed or assembled
  • Products that are in the original condition and packaging


2) exceptions - We can not accept the return of:

  • Products that are made-to-order, custom or special order
  • Orders are in transit
  • Items with Promotions


Restocking Fee

The restocking fee is not required.

Return by Mail

For returns, we will provide you with a specific address to receive your return via email within 1-2 business days.

You shall purchase a return shipping label through the carrier of your choice. We do not provide return shipping labels. If you receive the item in good condition, you will be responsible for returning the item within 30 calendar days for a refund (in new, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging).

Refund

When we receive your return and check that the item is in complete condition, we will email you confirmation that we have received your return and inform you that your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 2-4 business days to arrive in your account.

Exchanges

We offer replacements for defective, damaged or wrong items. Please inspect the item upon receipt. If you experience any of these problems, please contact us immediately and we will evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.

The accessible way to ensure you get the item you want is to send it back. Once the return has been accepted, you will be able to purchase the new item separately. Please email us at sales@gleesia.com and we will process it within 1-2 business days.

For the incorrect, damaged or defective product

You will be responsible for the shipping label of return. We will pay the shipping costs for a replacement or new item to you.
